KARLYN WILLIAMS is a practicing Landscape Designer In the Napa Valley. She and Wayne re-located to the Wine Country in 1986. She is very familiar with all the challenges a country property offers, having been a Napa estate caretaker for many years. Karlyn is a University of California trained Master Gardener and Vice-President of the North Bay Chapter of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. Karlyn is Spanish bi-lingual and can communicate effectively with other service providers.

WAYNE RYAN has been involved with the Napa wine industry for over twenty years in wine education and public relations. He is very knowledgeable about viticulture and winemaking. Prior to moving to the Napa Valley, Wayne worked as a building contractor in Montana and New Mexico. He is very knowledgeable about carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical systems. He is Vice President of the the Napa River Steelhead organization, is on the Board of Directors of the Napa Valley Flyfishers Association, and a long-time member of the Napa Land Trust.
