• Check indoor and outdoor lighting. Check smoke alarm batteries
• Start and run motor vehicles
• Check pool and spa temperatures
• Shop, deliver, and store groceries, beverages, flowers, and household necessities using WCEM website   shopping list
• Arrange for seasonal services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, firewood delivery, Christmas tree   
  set-up, winter pruning, etc. with Owner’s prior approval
• Receive, store, and deliver packages
• Water well monitoring
• Inspect irrigation systems with landscape maintenance provider
• Visit home after severe storms
• Clean BBQ grill

CONCIERGE SERVICES

We’ll make restaurant reservations and winery appointments for you. Wayne, who is a Certified Sommelier, can lead private wine tours or at-home tastings.
