• Complete visual inspection of all interior and exterior spaces
• Security check of all doors and windows
• Check for vandalism
• Be “On-Call” in case of any building or property emergency. If you utilize a private security firm, you may   designate us to serve as the property owner’s local representative
• Check for pest damage. Arrange pest control, if needed
• Ensure security system is set and working properly
• Ensure interior cleaning, pool services, and landscape maintenance is being performed
• Inform owner of maintenance and repair issues as needed. Schedule such repairs after owner has signed a   contractual  agreement with a licensed contractor of their choice

• Remove unwanted media distributions
• Forward mail, if needed
• Re-locate trash cans
• Run faucets and flush toilets. Inspect under sinks
• Empty dishwasher and clothes dryer
• Turn water off to clothes washer
• Check operation of appliances and re-set clocks
• Store outside cushions
• Water indoor plants
• Insure any automatic light switches are functioning
• Summary reports will be emailed after each visit
